I've been a customer of aqua concepts for over a year now. I've signed up to a small plan where I pay each month to receive salt as and when required ... usually without even asking. Somehow Andy and Jo seem to know when I am low and it just appears.
He even turned up the other day and gave the Machine a once over and a clean as they were close by.
The service is always above and beyond and they always leave the house tidy. Aqua Concepts is a well oiled machine and as long as I have a water softener I would not go anywhere else.

We have been using our Kinetico Premier Compact for just over 3 months now and I am amazed at the amount of difference it has made in such a short space of time. The limescale build up on the shower heads, taps etc seem to be a thing of the past and the red, itchy and blotchy legs I have been suffering with for several years have all but gone. A superb product, supplied and installed by a company with excellent service, Aqua Concepts. Highly recommend.
